VRCTMC Received Equipment Purchased for Money
Collected During the Charitable Action “Hear Everybody!”

On March 3, 2010 in the Volyn Regional Children's Clinical Hospital there was held a press-conference dedicated to receiving some medical equipment purchased for the money collected in May 2009 during the all-Ukrainian charitable action "Hear Everybody!" started by the "Heart To Heart" All-Ukrainian Charitable Fund.

The press-conference participants included Mr. Sviatoslav Kravchuk (Associate Head, Volyn Regional State Administration), Dr. Hryhoriy Vashchylin (General Director, Volyn Regional Children's Territorial Medical Center), Dr. Marharyta Potiahailo (Chief Children's Ophthalmologist, Volyn oblast), Dr.Hanna Novosad (Head, Children's Ophthalmology Department, Volyn Regional Children's Territorial Medical Center), Oksana Loiko (Regional Representative, "Heart To Heart" All-Ukrainian Charitable Fund, Volyn oblast), Anastasia Shevchyk (Associate Regional Representative, "Heart To Heart" All-Ukrainian Charitable Fund, Volyn oblast).

During May 2009 by common efforts of volunteers, public organizations, pupils' and students' autonomous bodies, state and local authorities, mass media and public there was collected 66188.35 hryvnias. For this money there was purchased some medical equipment for diagnosing and prevention of vision defects in children.

Using the new equipment

During May 3-23, 2010 there will be held the V Jubilee Charitable Action of the "Heart To Heart" fund where at the various festive mass actions they will be collecting funds for Volyn neonatology centers.
